Wow! Good portion sizes, great price and excellent taste. Definitely highly recommend! The jerk fries were awesome and very filling. We also ordered the shrimp with fries, which did not disappoint at all. Please don’t leave without getting one of the fruit juices with chunks of pineapple, which is so tasty and so refreshing. I would have given 4 stars based on the cleanliness, but the food was mmm, mmm good to make up for that 1 star.

I was hesitant to order because when I arrived the wait seemed extremely long. Like any other place you have to wait if you want fresh servings. Wait time for me was about 25 minutes (which I just sat in my car and waited) I'm glad I sat around and wait because the Jerk Fries were 10/10. First time I've actually enjoyed parmesan wings. Wings were seasoned to the Gods and cooked thorougly. Food was nice and hot and I ate in the parking lot. (Once I started couldn't put the plate down) I'll definitely be coming back.

Ok . This is the third time visiting. First the food have some potential, but the crew is not all that, find a Rauch the second time , @ big one , second there was a chicken special and the cashier wanted to charge me full price , pretending I don't know the price . My las visit was las night, getting the ribs special " I got for $24 dollars a juice, 3 ribs bones, 3 drumsticks and like 3 chicken spines.. no chicken tight meat. Get home and am like they did it again. Am wondering 🤔 they racing profiling me? Because they know Am not from there . Just totally disappointed. I know the owner see him couple times , he see to be all about business, but went the cat is not home , the mise is having a party . Now I see why I was the only white folk there 🙄. Don't go alone find a body front there Am you might get treated right. I probably won't come back... shame! I work in the food industry for over 25 years And I always support small business. Just disappointed. Hopefully the treatment change 🙏. God bless 🙌

I should have gone when they first opened and needed good reviews and followers. Instagram really hyped it up. Customer service was mediocre if that annnnnd my jerk fries were completely cold. Fries were hard and the meat was room temp. My disappointment is at an all time high because I had high expectations based off social media. Ugh

Jerkman BBQ is the definition of a “hood spot.” I say this with nothing but love and respect. Being born and raised in the inner-city, I know a thing or two about hood spots. These are the Crown Jewels of the underworld where you find incredible food in unassuming places. The lady behind the counter told me that they are “renovating” when I asked if they made the traditional Jamaican food, like rice and peas, cabbage, cornbread, etc. She said usually on the weekends they might have that type of stuff. (If I go back and they actually renovated, then I’ll bump this review to 5-stars). The wait was a good 15 min, so I would assume the meals are made to order. I ended up going with the 5 wings with jerk fries special for $14. I felt this was overpriced for 5 small wings and some French fries doused in bbq sauce, but when I tasted it…I was blown away by how good it was. The plan was to order take out, munch a bit in the car, and then re-heat in my air-fryer when I got home. Well, that food never made it home!! I was amazed at the flavors. The wings and fries were fried to perfection, and the sauce mixture was on point. But what out it over the top, was the chopped pieces of jerk chicken thrown of top of everything! It was so tender and flavorful. Best jerk chicken I’ve had in Florida this far. Thank you, Jerkman!
